Love & Lacoste: What to Wear to the Miami Open Tennis Tournament

Lacoste is the official outfitter of this year's Miami Open Tennis Tournament, which kicked off yesterday in Key Biscayne. The annual tennis event has held a myriad of names over the years, (the Lipton, Sony Ericsson, and most recently the Sony Open,) but always marks the official start of spring with a slew of tennis stars and sports enthusiasts descending upon the Magic City. I have enjoyed attending the tournament for years, and this time I'm honored to be taking part as a brand ambassador for Lacoste!

The iconic croc brand has created an exclusive collection for the tournament centered around the polo shirt, natch, featuring vibrant hues and performance fabrics that can stand the Miami heat on and off the court. I had the opportunity to shop for my tournament wardrobe at the Lacoste boutique on Lincoln Road and was immediately drawn to this knit tank dress from the Lacoste L!VE collection. (While my Gator-grad fiance might joke that I'm turning to the dark side in this orange and blue combo, I promise my loyalty to the 'Canes runs deep.) I also picked up my first tennis skirt, so I may need tennis lessons in the near future.
