When it comes to this season's must-have accessory, smaller is better. Mini bags are officially the new 'it bag'. Since Louis Vuitton introduced the petite malle bag at 2014 Paris Fashion Week, the micro style has quickly become a favorite of fashion bloggers and streetstyle stars alike. (It seems like Chiara Ferragni is seen wearing one almost daily.) Small only in size, mini bags pack a substantial punch of style through their use of vibrant colors, unexpected textiles, and bold embellishments. From the runways to store shelves, this fall you'll find a multitude of styles at a wide range of price points. One of my favorite things about a micro/mini bag is its versatility. Wear it with a crossbody strap teamed with your favorite jeans, or channel your inner Duchess and carry it by the handles as I did that time in Switzerland. Pro: Instant chic status. Con: Anything other than your card case, cell phone, and lipgloss, are staying at home.
