When I spend three days in a row wearing little more on my face than moisturizer and highlighter it’s safe to say that summer is in full swing. There’s nothing I love more than living in my bikini, rocking glowy skin, and fresh beach waves, but just because my routine is a little more basic doesn’t mean it’s basic, know what I mean? Looking good at the beach isn’t all about sweating it out at the gym, (though that’s probably the most important). Every Miami girl’s swimsuit wardrobe is just as essential as her arsenal of killer shoes, myself included. This season I’m crushing hard on Aussie brand Acacia Swimwear. I just wore this crochet style last weekend and it’s already one of my faves thanks to its perfect cut and almost neon orange hue. It’s as close to the perfect bikini as you can get.
When it comes to my summertime skincare routine, I like to ramp up the SPF from 15 to 30 since I’m wearing less makeup and spending more time in the sun. I prep my skin for a day at the beach by first exfoliating my whole body, including my face.
