Carnival may be over, but the sparkle and magic of the annual festival lives on through Swarovski's Spring 2013 collection aptly named Tropical Paradise. (The collection is beyond beautiful. I've teamed up with Swarovski to judge the contest, and will be sorting through your entries to choose three winners who will each receive a $500 Swarovski gift card!
How to Participate:
